You will need to book an appointment to collect and return your keys.

Please note, you cannot collect your keys earlier than the time and date stipulated on your contract.

For additional security, our keys cannot be cut by tenants and any replacements or additional keys must be ordered through Thornsett.

Lost / Replacement Keys
If you lose your keys and need them replacing, we will require payment before a new set can be provided.
